Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Delivery generally takes place within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location (France or Europe).

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
The majority of our products are eco-designed, made from recycled materials: our bags, for example, use recycled paper, and the transparent windows are made from recycled plastic bottles. Furthermore, 99% of our packaging is recyclable. We have also gradually replaced the cotton or nylon cords in our luxury bags with paper cords, in order to offer 100% paper bags that are fully recyclable.

Not necessarily. We are committed to offering sustainable alternatives with the best value for money.

Yes, all our products comply with current regulations (food contact, REACH).

Yes, some of our products are manufactured in Asia. They are made from eco-designed materials that are between 40% and 100% recycled.
For your information, transport represents only 12% of our company's overall carbon footprint .
